Chambers County offers the advantages of being located along Interstate 85 and other major highways, as well as being in close proximity to major metropolitan areas while offering a lower cost of doing business. Chambers County offers a variety of educational opportunities including County and City School Systems, two private schools, and a highly touted technical school. Transportation

Chambers County’s location makes it easy to access major interstates, highways, railroads, and airports. Chambers County has three exits located on I-85 and is connected to US Hwy 29, US Hwy 280, and US Hwy 431. The City of Lanett is currently in the process of expanding the Lanett Municipal Airport to 5,400 ft. The county is also serviced by rail from both CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern.
